Shridhar Rai

Shridhar Rai is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing and automating workflows to improve operational efficiency in the banking sector. Currently employed at CRMNEXT, Shridhar led the creation of five Flow Designers that significantly enhanced workflow automation for various banks, resulting in a notable reduction in manual efforts. Previously, at Nickelfox Technologies, Shridhar maintained a 100% on-time project delivery rate while leading a team, and at Newgen Software, Shridhar contributed to the development of an innovative banking product that enhanced transaction management. Early experience includes website development for a college coding society and work on a test application as a full-stack developer. Shridhar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
