Kim Conder has extensive experience in brand marketing, creative services, and program management. Kim is currently employed at Cro Metrics as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for managing program operations. Prior to this, they held the role of Program Manager at the same company. Before joining Cro Metrics, Kim worked as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst.
Kim also worked as a Brand Marketing, UX, and Creative Services Consultant at kimconder.com, providing consulting services in brand marketing, user experience, and creative services.
In their previous role at Discover Durham, Kim held several positions, including VP of Brand + Creative, VP of Marketing, Director of Creative Services, and Graphic Designer. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership in defining Durham's tourism brand, oversaw creative conception and execution, managed agencies and freelancers, and implemented creative marketing strategies. Kim also directed leisure marketing efforts, supported other departments, wrote and implemented strategic blueprints, and managed creative production and design. Kim was recognized with the DCVB President's Award for their contributions to the rebranding initiative in 2006.
Kim Conder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In November 2018, they also obtained a User Experience (UX) Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group.
