Shanteé Hope

Shanteé Hope has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Shanteé most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at Cro Metrics, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Web & Digital Experience at Walker Sands from April 2021 to January 2022.

Before that, Shanteé worked at Centric Digital, where they held two roles. From April 2019 to April 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Project Lead. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Success from November 2017 to April 2019.

Shanteé also has experience at Sears, where they worked as the Director of Loyalty Marketing from November 2016 to November 2017. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, eCommerce Drop Ship Lead from November 2014 to November 2016.

Their career started at TMC Holdings, where they first served as the Lead eCommerce Buyer from August 2011 to February 2013. Shanteé then became the eCommerce Operations Manager from February 2013 to October 2014.

Shanteé Hope completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design at Queens University of Charlotte from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner from The Braintrust Consulting Group in April 2017, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from MBSS Solutions, LLC in October 2015.
