Kim Broucksou has a strong background in social work and public administration. Currently, Kim serves as the Director of Home Care and Navigation at Croasdaile Village Retirement Community, overseeing the health services department for numerous residents. Prior to this role, Kim was the Cognitive Care Director at Carolina Meadows, focusing on residents with dementia. Additionally, Kim has experience as a Project Coordinator at UNC Chapel Hill. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and a dual MSW/MPA degree from West Virginia University.
