Crocker Art Museum
Lial A. Jones began their career as Deputy Director of the Delaware Art Museum in 1979, where they oversaw the museum's administration, operations, and programs. Lial curated over 75 exhibitions and played a key role in the initiation and co-design of a statewide arts education program. In 1999, they were appointed as the Mort and Marcy Friedman Director and CEO of the Crocker Art Museum. Under their leadership, the museum experienced significant growth, including the planning, construction, and opening of the Teel Family Pavilion in 2010, which tripled the museum's size.
