Mitchell Ostwald is a consumer attorney specializing in business and investor disputes and estate planning. He is also the managing principal of the Sacramento Speakers Series, a community lecture series and a pistachio farmer. Ostwald was born in San Jose, California. He is a graduate of UCLA, University of the Pacific, McGeorge Law School, and has received a diploma in advanced international legal studies from the University of Salzburg, Austria. Ostwald also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
