Jeremy Beer

Jeremy Beer is primarily responsible for the financing of the company’s portfolio and maintaining lender relationships. In addition, Mr. Beer is responsible for corporate modeling and assisting with the company’s financial reporting.

Mr. Beer joined the Crocker organization in 1996 as Financial Analyst at CRT I. From there, he held the position of Manager, Budget, and Planning at CRT II and Director of Budget & Planning with Crocker Partners, Inc.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
