Josh Edwards is responsible for overseeing all assets in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.
He joined the Crocker organization in 2014 to support the North and Central Florida markets. Previously, he served as Vice President at Wells Fargo, overseeing the intake, asset management, value enhancement, and disposition of $150 million of commercial real estate throughout the Southeast US.
Prior to that, he served as Director of Development for Flagler Development and was also a Project Manager for Evergreen Construction in Atlanta.
Mr. Edwards earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and his MBA from Emory University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and a board member for its North Florida chapter.
