Scott Barr

Scott Barr is primarily responsible for analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets in Georgia and the surrounding areas. He also supports asset management, property management and leasing function in the region.

Prior to joining Crocker Partners in 2014, he was a Senior Associate for New York Life Real Estate Investors, responsible for underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans across the Southeast.

His prior experience includes Senior Associate with Buchanan Street Partners, Associate at LNR Partners and Acquisition Analyst at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds.

Mr. Barr obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He has been actively involved with ULI Atlanta since 2007, including as the Young Leaders Group Chair for three years. He serves on the board of Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA) and as the Atlanta Chair of the University of Florida Real Estate Council. He is also a member of NAIOP and the Morningside-Lenox Park Zoning Committee.
