Mark Henderson

Mark Henderson has extensive experience in retail management and sales, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Crockett and Jones Limited since August 2012, where responsibilities include deputizing for the store manager and consistently achieving sales targets. Prior to this, Mark worked at RTÉ as a freelance Transcriptionist following redundancy, and at House of Fraser as a Department Manager for fashion accessories, leading a significant team and demonstrating a strong track record in staff training and performance improvement. Mark also held positions at Esprit, initially as a Team Leader and later as a Store Manager, achieving remarkable sales growth. Earlier career experience includes roles at RIAS as a Customer Service Representative and Inditex as a cashier at Zara, complemented by education in hairdressing and teaching from St. Patrick's College, Belfast and the Belfast Institute of Further & Higher Education.
