Melissa Tan is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in demand planning and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Demand Planning Manager for CROCS Singapore since August 2012, Melissa leads demand planning functions for ten markets in the Asia Pacific region, emphasizing collaboration among key stakeholders and improving forecast accuracy. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at adidas group, where responsibilities included streamlining demand planning processes in six South-East Asia markets and managing purchasing activities.
