Nicole Lee is an experienced professional in merchandising and supply chain management, currently serving as the DTC Merchandising Manager at Crocs Asia since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole held several positions at Castlery, including Senior E-commerce Merchandising Specialist and Category Merchandising Specialist from April 2020 to March 2023. Nicole's experience also includes a Buyer position at Crate and Barrel, where responsibilities encompassed managing seasonal open-to-buy (OTB), stock allocation, and inventory management, as well as sourcing products for a new department. Earlier in the career, Nicole worked at Apple as an Allocation Execution Specialist, contributing to the launch of the iPhone while managing supply demand metrics and portfolio reporting. Nicole holds a Diploma in Logistics and Operation Management from Temasek Polytechnic and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with Communications from the University of Birmingham.
