Jia Sheng Lim

Jia Sheng Lim currently serves as Secretary and Exco member at IPOS Society since March 2024 and holds the position of Regional Brand Protection Specialist (Lead) at Crocs. In 2023, Jia Sheng Lim worked as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Performance Labs, responsible for managing and protecting IP globally. From 2019 to 2023, Jia Sheng Lim was an Associate IP Strategist at IPOS International, assisting businesses in identifying their IP and intangible assets. Previous roles include Research Associate at Singapore Polytechnic, focusing on digital healthcare innovations, and multiple positions at the Mechanobiology Institute, encompassing research and laboratory management. Jia Sheng Lim holds a Master of IP and Innovation Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Bioscience from Aston University, along with a Diploma in Biomedical Sciences from Singapore Polytechnic.
