Kerstyn Chang

Kerstyn Chang is currently the VP of Global Product & Merchandising at Crocs. Kerstyn is also the Founder & President of The Flower Initiative, an organization that uses flowers as a visual expression to bring awareness to important social causes and engage youth in community gardening. Previously, Kerstyn held various leadership roles in merchandising at companies such as francesca’s®, Justice, Victoria's Secret, Aerie - American Eagle Outfitters, and Nordstrom.
