Larry Mbayu

Larry Mbayu is an experienced design professional currently serving as an Art Director for Retail & Experiential Design at Crocs, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Larry held positions such as Design Manager and Senior Designer at Post Consumer Brands, where responsibilities included leading impactful brand campaigns and managing project workflows. Previous experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Ampush - A Tinuiti Company, creating digital assets for various brands, and as a Product Label/Package Designer at Abbott, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations. Larry also has a background in freelance design and marketing roles in various companies, including Under Armour and Xfinity. Larry earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Winona State University in 2016.
