Megan Welch

Megan Welch serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager, overseeing all operations for the brand's Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Ms. Welch served as Vice President, Commercial and Merchandise with responsibility for the Wholesale and Retail channels across Crocs' Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Prior to that, Ms. Welch was Vice President, Global Merchandising Wholesale driving strategy for product assortment, pricing, segmentation and channel growth across more than 80 countries. She joined Crocs in 2005 and has held roles of increasing scope and responsibility across all three regions in Supply Chain, Product Management, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing. Ms. Welch received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
