Michael Kraus is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience in business-to-business credit and risk management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Accounting at Crocs, they lead the order-to-cash process while effectively managing a significant international accounts receivable portfolio. Previously, Michael held roles such as Credit and Collections Manager at Spectra Logic and Atlas Copco, where they successfully drove process improvements and built strong relationships with customers.
