They have held senior roles at various multinational companies, including Crocs, British American Tobacco, and NATO Communications and Information Agency, focusing on HR operations, talent management, and employee relations. Currently, Ruchika serves as Regional Director HR/Business Partner for Crocs & HeyDude brands across Europe.
