Justyna Rozmus

Justyna Rozmus is a seasoned professional in the field of process safety and engineering, currently serving as the SHE Sustainability & Process Safety Manager at Croda since June 2020, where participation in the senior management team (CODIR) is a key responsibility. Justyna has extensive experience managing teams, having led a group of 17 individuals in a previous role as SHE and Process Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Cargill as Process Engineering and Process Safety Manager, and at MINAKEM as a Process Safety Expert. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow and a PhD in Applied Physical Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University, complemented by an Erasmus programme at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
