Richard Forrest

Richard Forrest is a skilled researcher and Ph.D. colloid and formulation scientist with a focus on surfactants, colloids, and surface chemistry. They currently serve as the Lead Applications Scientist in Hair Care at Croda, having previously worked as an Associate Principal Scientist in Physical Chemistry at Cyprotex. Richard's past experience includes roles at Unilever, where they developed new products in hair and oral care, and at AkzoNobel as a Research Scientist focusing on colloid science. Richard earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Hull University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The University of Hull, alongside pursuing a diploma in chemistry at The Open University.
