Robert Kempster is currently a Lead Applications Scientist at Croda, a position they have held since 2021. They previously served as a Postgraduate Researcher at Lancaster University from 2016 to 2021, following their time as a Postgraduate Student at the University of Reading from 2015 to 2016, and a Vacation Worker at Syngenta in 2014. Robert completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Reading in 2015 and earned an MRes in Biomedical Research from the same institution in 2016. Robert also obtained a PhD in Nitrogen fixation in legumes from Lancaster University in 2019.
