Roy Xue

Roy Xue is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the lubricants and chemical industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and AP & BU Sales Head for Croda since July 2018, Roy oversees sales management in various industrial sectors, focusing on business growth, budgeting, pricing, and channel management. Prior to joining Croda, Roy held the position of Area Sales Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation, where responsibilities included driving business growth in South China and leading a sales team. Roy's career began at Sinopec Lubricant Company as a Team Lead, progressing through roles at Nynas AB as a Sales Executive, where significant sales volume increases were achieved. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from China University of Petroleum.
