Stuart Jones has over a decade of experience in various roles related to customer service, experience, and design. Stuart most recently served as the Head of Experience and Service Design (Global) at Croda. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Service at TRADEBE and Director of Service Design and CX at another happy customer. Stuart also held leadership positions at Amey, CarillionAmey, MHS Modern Housing Solutions, Carillion, and CarillionEnterprise, gaining expertise in customer experience, communications, and HR.
Stuart Jones completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Product Design from the University of Central Lancashire in 2005. Stuart then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management at The University of Salford, which they completed in 2011.
