Yudi Clements currently serves as Managing Director at Croda, overseeing PT. Croda Trading Indonesia since May 2024. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, Yudi previously held positions such as Country Head and Life Science Commercial Lead at Envu, and Country Group Manager at Bayer Crop Science, where significant revenue growth and innovation in product launch were achieved. Additionally, Yudi has contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at BINUS University and Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. An MBA graduate from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universitas Surabaya, Yudi has honed expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, and strategic business planning throughout a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
