Jodene Baker is the Director of Impact Innovation and Evaluation at United Way Winnipeg, where she develops compelling ways to share the impact of donor dollars in the community and also leads the organizational Data Strategy and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy. Jodene obtained her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from McGill University in 2005 and worked in the post-secondary education sector for 15 years prior to joining United Way Winnipeg.
Jodene lives in Winnipeg with her spouse and two children. She is personally affected by ulcerative colitis and is passionate about growing awareness of IBD.
