Rachel Peifer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rachel most recently worked as the Associate Director of Corporate Communications and Social Media at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation starting in 2023. Prior to this, Rachel served as the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the Cardozo School of Law from 2018 to 2021, where they led digital strategy, content generation, and implemented CRM systems resulting in significant improvements in applications, LSAT scores, and donation revenue.

Rachel also held positions at Columbia University in the City of New York as an Assistant Lecturer in 2018, at Mount Sinai Health System as an Associate Director of Communications from 2017 to 2018, and at the Columbia University School of Nursing as the Assistant Director of Digital Communications and later as a Senior Communications Specialist from 2012 to 2016.
