Traci Osborne, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Traci has been with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation since 2012, starting as a Take Steps Walk Manager and progressing to Associate Director, National Direct Response Marketing, where they lead the Foundation's national direct response and digital marketing efforts. Traci has also held the roles of Senior Manager, National Marketing (Recurring Revenue & Gaming Programs), Senior Marketing Manager (Peer to Peer Fundraising Programs & Special Events), and National Marketing Manager, where they led national marketing efforts and managed vendor relationships. Before joining the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Traci worked at the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance as a Community Outreach Advisor, managing local events and leading the company's "Green Team". Traci started their career as a Public Relations Manager at Big Brothers and Sisters of Warren and Clinton Counties, where they handled media relations and fundraising event coordination. Traci also has experience in sales and ticketing from their role as a Sales Associate/Co-Op Student at Riverfront Choice Tickets, LLC. Additionally, they gained marketing and business development experience during their time as a Marketing/New Business Development Co-Op Student at Clopay Plastic Products Company.
Traci Osborne, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and International Business from the same institution between 2003 and 2007. Traci's education journey began at Ursuline Academy, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2003, specializing in Advanced Placement & Honors courses. In addition to their academic degrees, Traci Osborne has also obtained a certification as a HubSpot Champion User from HubSpot in February 2020.
