Jean Laurin

Jean Laurin serves as the Principal and President of Avison Young in Quebec since April 2021, following a long tenure as President and CEO of Devencore from June 1973 until March 2021. Laurin has an extensive background in leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board for both Croix Bleue du Québec and Montréal International, as well as Vice Chairman for Fondation de l'UQAM. Additionally, Laurin has been a Board Member for Fondation de l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont since 1996. Laurin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), achieved between 1970 and 1973, and is noted for guiding clients in real estate strategy development at Avison Young.
