Sylvain Charbonneau

Sylvain Charbonneau is currently serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Quebec Blue Cross and Ontario Blue Cross. Prior to their current positions, Sylvain was the Vice President of Business Development at SCOR Global Life Canada and the Vice President of Actuarial & Marketing at SSQ Groupe financier | Financial Group. With a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval, Sylvain also held the role of Vice President of Product Development & Pricing at AXA for over a decade.
