Abdoulaye Diarra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cash transfer programs and market analysis, currently serving as the National Coordinator for Cash Transfer at Croix-Rouge Malienne since December 2022. Previously, Abdoulaye worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross from November 2017 to November 2022 as a Cash Transfer and Market Specialist, where responsibilities included organizing field missions, training beneficiaries, and contributing to project proposals and evaluations. Abdoulaye also held the position of Food Security and Resilience Monitor at the Danish Refugee Council from March 2016 to October 2017, focusing on food security and economic recovery activities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Volunteer at Education Development Center, facilitating entrepreneurship sessions for youth and supporting micro-entrepreneurs. Abdoulaye holds a Master's degree in Project and Organization Management from Technolab-ISTA and a Master’s degree in Management from FSEG, Bamako, along with a Master’s in Management Economics from the University of Social Sciences and Management of Bamako.
