Andrew Gilbert

Andrew Gilbert is a Partner at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, specializing in M&A and general corporate matters with a focus on private equity and private company transactions. Andrew has a strong legal background, having previously worked at Hogan Lovells and Greenberg Traurig as a Senior Associate and Associate Attorney, respectively. Andrew graduated with honors from Northwestern University School of Law in 2013 and holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Utah. Prior to their legal career, Andrew gained experience in finance and politics, including serving as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo and Chief of Staff for Senator Luz Robles in the Utah State Senate.
