Jason has extensive experience in M&A transactions, corporate governance, financing, compliance, securities laws, and general corporate matters. Prior to their current role, Jason served as Senior Counsel at Fortune Brands Home & Security and as Senior Corporate Counsel at Hub Group. Jason also held legal positions at Rex Energy Corporation and Chesapeake Energy. Jason's educational background includes a JD from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
