Maggie McTigue is an Of Counsel at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, where Maggie advises companies on retirement, health & welfare, and executive compensation matters. Prior to this, Maggie was an Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery where Maggie worked in the Employee Benefits Practice Group. Maggie also has experience as a Legal Department Summer Associate at OfficeMax, an Associate Manager at BASES, and a Business Associate at ZS Associates. Maggie holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
