Ashwin Naraayan

Ashwin Naraayan is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Digital Category Lead at Croma since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ashwin held various positions at udaan.com, including RGM, GTM & Category Management in Food FMCG and Demand Lead for Karnataka. Ashwin's experience also includes working as Area Sales Manager at AkzoNobel and a Management Trainee. Earlier professional endeavors include internships at Danone and Snapdeal, as well as in-plant training at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Ashwin holds an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, complemented by a solid foundation from Ahlcon Public School and Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School.
