Nikhil Birari has a strong background in managing customer service operations and service delivery in the retail industry. Nikhil has experience working with well-known companies such as Croma, Hafele India Private Limited, Reliance Retail, LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, and Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd.

Nikhil's most recent role was as the National Service Delivery Head at Croma, Infiniti Retail Limited. Additionally, Nikhil gained experience at Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd., where they worked as a Design Engineer in the R&D department for appliances. Nikhil also worked in the customer service department, handling various districts in South Maharashtra.

Nikhil Birari completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations and Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Pune, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2008.
