Shibashish Roy

Shibashish Roy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various Tata Group companies. Since August 2021, Shibashish has served as the CEO and Managing Director of Croma, following a distinguished career at Tata Sons Limited from May 2014 to August 2021, where key positions included Vice President of Group Digital and General Manager of Strategy. Shibashish's tenure at Tata Administrative Services began in May 2006, where responsibilities include nurturing leadership talent within the Tatas. Prior roles include significant positions at Tata Capital, Tata Motors, and Tata Steel, alongside early experience as an engineer at Voltas. Shibashish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.
