Yashika Dua

Yashika Dua is an experienced professional in customer service management, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Infiniti Retail Limited, Croma, a TATA Enterprise, since July 2015. Prior to this role, Yashika held the position of Deputy Manager-Consumer Service at Whirlpool of India Ltd from March 2005 to February 2012.
