Rodrigo Santos

Rodrigo Santos began their work experience in 2018 as a Development Intern at Cromai, where they worked until December 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Product Analyst for a brief period before becoming a Tech Lead in March 2020. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Head of Technology at Cromai, starting in January 2022. In 2019, they also volunteered as a Staff member at Instituto Campus Party for a short period.

Rodrigo Santos has a diverse education history. Rodrigo obtained their MBA in Information Technology from FIAP, completing their studies in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, which they completed between 2016 and 2019. Rodrigo also holds a degree in Electronics Technicians from Escola Técnica Guaracy Silveira, which they earned between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Rodrigo has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training from Cromai, which they obtained in April 2023. Rodrigo also holds a certification in Leadership from Escola Conquer, obtained in November 2022. Other certifications include Design of Processes from eduxe in October 2021, Creativity and Problem Solving from Escola Conquer in October 2020, Productivity and Time Management from Escola Conquer in June 2020, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020, Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer in March 2020, and various cloud infrastructure certifications from Google obtained in July and June 2019.

Additionally, Rodrigo has language certifications in English. Rodrigo has a Certificate of English Confidence from UNS Idiomas obtained in May 2014, a Certificate of English Competence obtained in January 2013, a Certificate of English Independence obtained in September 2012, and a Certificate of English Survival obtained in May 2012. Prior to entering their formal education, Rodrigo earned the title of Electronics Technician from Centro Paula Souza in July 2011.
