Ann Lin is the co-founder of Cromatic, a company that specializes in scientific outsourcing through software. Ann is responsible for finding and managing scientific outsourcing to help life science companies make breakthroughs. Prior to this, they worked at Meliora Therapeutics as a scientific co-founder and advisor. Ann has also served as a Fulbright Scholar in Norway for the U.S. Department of State and worked as a researcher at the Sheltzer Lab at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

Ann Lin has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Genetics from Stanford University. Ann also holds bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Economics with honors from Stony Brook University. Additionally, Ann Lin attended the Science Honors Program (SHP) at Columbia University.
