Emily Shields is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing at Cromlix and the Founder of Emily Alex, a coaching and mentoring business focused on enhancing performance within the hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors. Emily's previous experience includes roles such as Regional Sales Manager at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa and Senior Event Sales Manager at The Royal Yacht Britannia, where they successfully developed sales strategies and built strong industry relationships. Emily served as President of the SITE Global Scottish Chapter during its most prosperous year in 2018/19 and was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Tourism in 2020. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management from Oxford Brookes University.
