Mauro D'Apolito

Mauro D'Apolito has a strong background in clinical research, with extensive experience in various roles and positions. Mauro began their career as a researcher at Consorzio Mario Negri Sud in 2000, and then moved on to work as a Clinical Research Associate at Novo Nordisk farmaceutici from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined CROM as a Clinical Research Coordinator, and eventually became the Clinical Monitors Coordinator before leaving in 2009.

In 2009, D'Apolito joined CROMSOURCE as the Head of Clinical Research Operations, and later served as the Director of Clinical Research Operations Unit from 2011 to 2015. Mauro then took on the role of Deputy Director of Clinical Research Operations North America from 2015 to 2018. Currently, D'Apolito holds the position of Clinical Research Senior Director at CROMSOURCE, a role they have been in since January 2018.

Mauro D'Apolito completed their primary education from 1987 to 1992 at Liceo Scientifico and Alessandro Volta, where they obtained a diploma in materie scientifiche. Mauro then pursued their higher education at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1992 to 2000, earning a laurea degree in biology.
