Joe Hilliard

Joe Hilliard is a retired professional with extensive experience in engineering and structural design. As a former Principal and Director of Engineering at Cromwell Architects Engineers, Joe oversaw the engineering division, served on the board of directors, and managed engineering projects, including key industrial client relationships. Additionally, Joe directed the structural engineering department at a mid-size architecture and engineering firm, supervising a team of ten. Joe holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from Columbia Engineering and a BA in Physics from Hendrix College.
