Andreas Schütz

Andreas Schütz has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on fund management and portfolio management. Andreas is currently the Head of Portfolio Management at Cromwell Property Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, Andreas worked as a Senior Consultant Fund Management for two years, providing strategic and operational consultancy for project development companies looking to establish a Fund Management division. Andreas also served as the Geschäftsführer and Head of Real Estate at Dr. Peters Group from 2018 to 2020. Andreas has held various senior roles in the past, including Senior Fund Manager at Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate and Head of Real Estate Investments at HSBC Trinkaus Real Estate GmbH. Andreas started their career as a Fund Manager at Aareal Asset Management GmbH and later worked as a Projektleiter Real Estate Acquisition at Commerz Real AG.

Andreas Schütz began their education in 1996 at the Frankfurter Volksbank eG where they obtained a degree in Bankkaufmann. Andreas then attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 1999 to 2003, earning a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Economics with a field of study in Betriebswirtschaft. In 2001, they participated in an Auslandssemester at Esade. Finally, in 2010, Andreas attended the IREBS - International Real Estate Business School for one year, studying for a degree in Immobilienökonom.
