Wayne Cowley

Wayne Cowley is a Senior Litigation Consultant with extensive experience in human resources and employment law. They served as the Managing Director of Cowley HR Solutions Ltd and currently work as an Employment and Discrimination Caseworker at Newport Citizens Advice. Previously, Wayne held significant positions at the National Assembly for Wales, including Head of HR Operations, where they achieved notable improvements in workplace policies and employee well-being. Wayne is also involved as a Human Resources Manager at Newport Masonic Hall and continues their education at The Open University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History.
