Shekhar Jha

Shekhar Jha is the Director of Strategy & Sales at CronJ. Shekhar has over two years of experience in the pharma industry, specifically in strategy and analytics.

Shekhar began their career at SUN PHARMA in September 2018 as a Senior Manager-Strategy & Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for driving the S&OP and Pre-S&OP process for the US and Canada markets. Shekhar was also responsible for evaluating plant performance and calculating inventory norms.

In January 2020, Shekhar left SUN PHARMA to join CronJ as the Director of Strategy & Sales. In this role, they are responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategic plans for the company.

Shekhar Jha received their Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University. Shekhar also has a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. Shekhar Jha is also a certified Six Sigma-Green Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute(SQC & OR).
