Bianca Nicolescu

Bianca Nicolescu has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Bianca currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Strategy at Cronos Group since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Cronos Group from January 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Cronos Group, Bianca worked at Deloitte where they gained experience as a Manager of Strategy & Operations - Finance & Enterprise Performance from August 2017 to January 2020 and as a Senior Consultant of Strategy & Operations from August 2015 to August 2017. Bianca also had a summer associate role at Deloitte in 2014. In the past, Bianca held positions at Capital One as a Business Manager and at ING DIRECT, where they served as a Manager of Strategic Planning, a Senior Portfolio Manager overseeing a $6B institutional portfolio of residential mortgages, and a Portfolio Manager responsible for the residential mortgage portfolio of whole loans. Bianca began their career at ING DIRECT in various roles, including Junior Portfolio Manager, Transaction Manager, Trade Analyst, and Trade Assistant.

Bianca Nicolescu obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Consulting from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2013 and 2015. Bianca also completed an Executive Education Course in Data Science: Bridging Principles and Practice at the University of California, Berkeley, from an unspecified start year up until 2019. Prior to these achievements, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Economics from UCLA from 2000 to 2002.
