Nick Chaput has extensive experience in information technology and customer service, having held various roles at Cronos Group since March 2019, including IT Service Desk Lead, Help Desk Analyst, and Information Technology Help Desk Technician. Prior to this, Nick worked at The Mobile Shop as an Expert Mobilist from April 2016 to February 2019 and served as Front End Manager at Real Canadian Superstore from September 2010 to August 2015. Additionally, Nick contributed to the IT Department at Baytech Plastics from May 2013 to February 2015. Nick earned a Diploma of Applied Arts and Technology in Computer System Technician - Networking from Georgian College between 2012 and 2014.
