Luci Shur

Luci Shur is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Finance at Cronos Israel since April 2024. Prior roles include Director of FP&A and Cost Accounting at Cronos Group and various positions within Cronos Israel, including Sr. FP&A Manager and Sr. FP&A Analyst and Cost Accounting Leader. With a solid foundation in finance, Luci has held critical financial roles at Medtronic, Netafim, Galil Medical, Nextcom Group, ADT - Advanced Dicing Technologies, and Kulicke and Soffa, specializing in budget management, cost analysis, financial modeling, and project management. Luci holds an MBA in Finance from Israel Open University and a BA in Economics & Sociology from Bar-Ilan University.
