Jignesh Shah, CSCP

Jignesh Shah, CSCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain and operations. Jignesh'smost recent role was as the Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Cronus Pharma LLC, where they currently work. Prior to this, they worked at Aurolife Pharma USA, Inc. as a Supervisor for Warehouse & Logistic from October 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for various activities such as receiving, dispensing, and inventory control following cGMP guidelines, as well as assisting and supporting other departments to meet production goals.

From June 2017 to October 2020, Jignesh worked at ACGNA as an Executive Warehouse and Sales Support. In this position, they provided quotations, processed customer POs, answered phone calls, and resolved customer queries. Before that, they were with Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. from January 2016 to May 2017, where they worked as an Inventory Control Associate. Jignesh'sresponsibilities included inventory control, cycle counts, space optimization, and support for inbound and outbound shipping.

Prior to their roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Jignesh gained experience at Khimji Ramdas India Private Limited, a distribution partner for P&G India. From April 2013 to May 2015, they served as a Capability Development Manager, and from April 2012 to March 2013, they were a Sales and Distribution Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for achieving distributor's vision and ensuring sustainable and profitable operations. Additionally, they played a key role in coverage expansion in rural markets.

Jignesh also worked at Life Lynx Distribution, another distribution partner for P&G India, from July 2006 to January 2011. During this time, they held the positions of Business Executive and Sales Team Leader. As a Business Executive, they achieved volume and product distribution objectives and contributed to joint business planning and execution. As a Sales Team Leader, they planned and achieved sales volume and distribution objectives while building the capabilities of the sales team. Overall, Jignesh Shah, CSCP has a strong background in supply chain and operations with a focus on inventory control, sales support, and distribution management.

Jignesh Shah, CSCP, has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Jignesh completed this degree from 1989 to 1992. In 2016, they also completed a Professional & Community Program in Distribution and Logistics Management from Middlesex County College. Additionally, they hold certifications such as OSHA Outreach- 30 HR General Industry Certification from Summit Training Source and the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS. Jignesh obtained the OSHA certification in December 2019 and the CSCP certification in February 2021.
