Jim Foss is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at Crooked Hammock Brewery since June 2018, Jim has previously held significant positions including President & Co-Owner at Pitmaster Hospitality, Director of DC Operations at Hill Country Barbecue Market, and Chef/Owner at Kemble Park Tavern. Additional roles include Vice President of Operations and Corporate Executive Chef at Capital Restaurant Concepts, Corporate Executive Chef at Keystone Hospitality Group, and Executive Chef at The Barclay Hotel. Jim began a career in culinary arts after graduating from Johnson & Wales University and has earned the designation of Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation.
